Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with site leaders to propel business performance, craft innovative solutions, and foster a safe, inclusive work environment where all employees thrive.
- Talent Management & Development: Implement and champion talent management initiatives, focusing on coaching, succession planning, individual development plans, and leadership talent reviews.
- Talent Acquisition Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with site leaders and our Talent HR Center of Excellence (CoE) to craft and execute talent acquisition strategies that ensure full staffing and a high-performance team.
- Compensation & Rewards Education: Serve as a key resource for educating stakeholders on our compensation philosophy and structure, ensuring consistency in performance-based pay practices across the region.
- Investigation & Compliance: Assist in conducting investigations in partnership with senior HR leaders, ensuring timely follow-up actions and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Leadership Development: Hire, lead, and develop a team of HR professionals, focused on enhancing talent capabilities, teamwork, and performance.
- Legal & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, government regulations, and collective bargaining agreements (if applicable).
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data related to absenteeism, turnover, and other key metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements that drive efficiency.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist in the smooth processing of payroll, benefits, and leave administration to ensure a seamless experience for employees at the site level.
- Corporate HR Integration: Communicate and support the implementation of corporate HR initiatives across your assigned site(s), ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay agile in a fast-paced environment, adapting HR practices to meet evolving business needs and challenges.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives that support the growth and success of our diverse workforce.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or relevant HR certifications and training.
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Solid understanding of HR legal compliance and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Proven leadership ability to manage and elevate high-performing HR teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support site needs.
