Qualifications:
  • Experience working in human resources, specifically interviewing candidates in-person and by phone, preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects and workload.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, ability to learn and utilize other software programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using HRIS software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently.
Reports to:Training and Development Coordinator

Responsibilities (the following is an overview of the responsibilities of the position and should not be considered to be all inclusive):
  1. Assist with job postings, applicant screening, and hiring/onboarding tasks.
  2. Assist current team members, as needed.
  3. Maintain accurate and current files, records, and documentation related to HR.
  4. Provide clerical support to the HR department.
  5. Assist in executing employee appreciation events.
  6. Assist with performance improvement projects for Human Resources.
  7. Assist with new team member orientation.
  8. Assist with policy updates.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
