Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Supervisor to join our team at Epic Personnel Partners, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support in various areas of human resources, including employee staffing, performance management, and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Advise and make recommendations to Distribution Center management on all areas of human resources.
  • Work closely with the DC Manager and assist on employee and temp staffing.
  • Coordinate performance management program by ensuring performance expectations are being set and policy guidelines are being met.
  • Facilitate effective and timely communication between all levels of employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
