ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The talent assistant position will support the agency’s CO-CEO/CMO. This position is a great opportunity for the right candidate to support a number of projects across the entire agency portfolio with a strong focus on talent management and the CO-CEO/CMO’s roster of personal digital talent and content marketing.


Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and writing abilities and an understanding/passion for social media content creation and influencer industry.


Must be located in Los Angeles, California.


JOB DUTIES:

Include but not limited to:

  • Support the CO-CEO/CMO’s day-to-day initiatives and projects, with an emphasis on duties surrounding digital talent management and client relations, as well as general marketing/sales support for the organization
  • Independently oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, from business operations to general support
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple assignments and changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervision


Talent Coordination Support include but not limited to:

  • Supporting CO-CEO/CMO with her key agency clientele (total of five, and growing, digital talent) across our digital talent portfolio, including TikTokers, YouTubers and Instagram creators.
  • Assist in client communications whether via text, Slack or email
  • Calendar management for clients
  • Attend client events and projects in-person, as needed
  • Attend internal talent management meetings
  • Works directly with CO-CEO/CMO to support with day-to-day activities, project execution and client strategy
  • Works directly with clients to support day-to-day needs including: collecting assets, ensuring internal project calendars and trackers are up to date, and that campaigns are executed seamlessly
  • Manage booked campaigns from start to finish, from sending briefs, attending briefing meetings, and ensuring clients understand scope of work in order to perform SOW/deliverables timeline and accurately
  • Manage post campaign duties such as Quickbase entries and analytic reporting
  • Oversee all administrative tasks as it relates to talent client projects, from software inputs in Quickbase, AirTable, Streak to Dropbox folders and media kits
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Assist in proactively pitching and negotiate for clients on their behalf for upcoming opportunities
  • Assist in building pitch lists for potential collaborations
  • Assist in monitoring client inboxes
  • Handle all gifting and event invitations for clients
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls
  • Meeting/call coordination
  • Draft and distribute agendas and recaps
  • Support editing social media content and posting on behalf of clients, as needed
  • Assist in monitoring CEO inbox and general needs related to campaigns and internal communications related to varying departments
  • Ongoing building of prospective brand lists for outreach for talent and agency-wide in Apollo and/or Google Sheets
  • Support agency’s non-profit partner through influencer relations and strategy
  • General content marketing needs as it relates to marketing agency services
  • Varying admin and support through agency portfolio as related to CEO’s responsibilities


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of direct experience in social media, executive assistant, entertainment, influencer marketing, etc. in a client-facing role
  • Interest and passion for the digital social media world, specifically related to influencer marketing and social media content creation.
  • Extremely well-organized, methodical and efficient, detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects at the same time, good dose of common sense.
  • Must take initiative
  • Proactive worker that requires little guidance and hand-holding.
  • Creative and strategic problem-solver; resourceful and persistent.
  • Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive)
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Collaborative, hardworking, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.


WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity to use a telephone, to enter data using a computer keyboard, and to perform; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal classroom levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in normal classrooms and on the telephone; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
