LaSalle Network is working with a client hiring a full-time, temporary Office Assistant. This position is onsite in their Coppell, TX office Our client is looking for an individual that is outgoing, open-minded and ready to learn. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience along with a high school diploma.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, vendors and city staff (internal/external customers) courteously and professionally
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle inquiries
  • Provide information and assistance to internal and external customers
  • Address inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • General records and retention management; maintaining organized records database, scanning, inputting and updating information into the digital repository system
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space


Office Assistant Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in similar field preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Strong sales mentality with some sales experience
  • Property management experience is definitely preferred
