Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing a robust book of business within the waste and recycling sector. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify new opportunities, develop relationships with prospective clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' waste management requirements
- Develop customized solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs and objectives
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the waste management or related industry

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of waste and recycling processes, regulations, and best practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
