About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Terrazzo and Marble Supply Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business and promoting the sales of our stone product lines through kitchen and bath dealers, designers, and fabricators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Generate and develop new business by presenting our products to architects, interior designers, fabricators, and end users.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our products via educational seminars, in-office, virtual, and networking events.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain, nurture, and grow relationships with clients and customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry knowledge and trends.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM updated with activities, opportunities, and account ranking per company policy.
  • Event Participation: Attend and participate in business/trade events that impact our business unit.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend and participate in team strategic sales meetings.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-Resolution Skills: Excellent problem-resolution and consultative sales skills.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in contact management systems, databases, internet, order processing, spreadsheet, and word processing.
