Qualifying Experience:

Component Engineer Responsibilities:

Perform updates to our servicing procedures in order for us to achieve optimal service performance in areas of Software Installation, Upgrades, and Removal & Replacements

Testing and validating service procedures involving Software, Hardware and Remote Service

Prioritizing and evaluating field feedback relevant to Software (Syngo), Hardware and our Remote service platform (SRS)

Creating and authoring service content to be used by service engineers

Testing and validating service content, tools, & procedures

Collaborating with Design & Development Teams, Marketing, Sales, Field Service
