Seeking an enthusiastic operations assistant to provide administrative support for the meal ordering process within a multi-airline food catering unit near Denver International Airport.

Work Schedule: Wed-Sun 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Answers all incoming telephone calls and dispatches calls appropriately.

Generates billing information, produces check sheets and receives flight loads/meal counts.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager..

Requirements:

1 year of general office administrative experience required.

Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Must have basic math skills.

Must be detailed oriented and organized.

Must have good work attendance and work performance skills.

Strong oral communication skills

Demonstrated Competencies:

Thinking - Information search and analysis, problem resolution skills.

Engaging - understanding others, team leadership, developing people.

Inspiring - influencing and building relationships, motivating and inspiring, communicating effectively.

Achieving - delivering business results under pressure, championing performance improvement, customer focus.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
