Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide resolution and excellent customer service while troubleshooting technical hardware/software issues.

Provide quick and effective assistance with IT issues (in-person, via email or phone).

Evaluate, propose and implement solutions to existing process and technology challenges.

Configure, deploy and support end user technologies including laptops, mobile devices, software and peripherals.

Thoroughly and accurately understand issues and analyze the problem in a systematic fashion.

Support enterprise applications such as Outlook, Excel, Zoom etc.

Troubleshoot virtual conferencing systems (Such as Zoom) and provide IT assistance in conference rooms.

Manage accounts and permissions for associated employees.

After-hours support as needed.

Some travel will be required.


Experience & Qualifications:

Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred

5+ years of related work experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with C-Level executives is required

Troubleshooting experience with M365, MS Office apps and Windows workstations is required

Troubleshooting experience with Mac, iPhone and iPad is required

Basic understanding of networks, IP addresses & Active Directory is highly preferred

Customer-oriented and calm under pressure. Have a ‘can-do’ attitude to go where the work is.
