Senior Legal Talent Manager with Law Firm Experience

Law firm is seeking a Sr. Legal Talent Manager to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for law students and lateral associates including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, travel/accommodation coordination and the collection and assessment of evaluations
- Manage attorney offer process
- Manage all aspects of the office summer associate program
- Onboarding of new attorneys & orientation
- Associate development and retention
- Conduct regular check-ins with associates to gauge satisfaction, current engagement and utilization
- Manage local office Associate Relations budget and work with the Associates’ Committee to plan special events and programming
- Oversee attorney requests regarding inter-office transfers, including relocation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5+ years prior experience in attorney recruiting, talent management or human resources field required
- At least 3+ years of management/supervisory experience required
- Previous experience with HR/recruiting software
