Job Overview

As a Legal Coordinator specializing in Employment Law, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Attorneys and Paralegals within the Employment Law division. Your contributions will be vital in managing litigation related to various employment issues such as Wage & Hour disputes, Discrimination, Wrongful Termination, Retaliation, and Harassment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and prepare legal documents for submission.
  • Develop comprehensive responses and evaluate Defendant replies to discovery requests.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Organize and oversee court deadlines effectively.
  • Assist in pre-trial preparations, including the creation of trial documents and exhibit organization.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Employment Law focusing on Single Plaintiff litigation.
  • Extensive experience with discovery processes.
  • Familiarity with filing protocols, including electronic filing.
  • Understanding of California Code of Civil Procedure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Federal court settings is advantageous.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
