Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at Jetz, you will ensure your office delivers exceptional, top-tier laundry service, support, and response, positioning us as a leader in our industry. You will foster a work environment where all employees are fully engaged, well-trained, and valued for their contributions, driving the company’s growth and success.
You will be accountable for the overall performance of your branch office, demonstrating integrity, respect, meticulous attention to detail, compliance, and a professional demeanor. You will lead by example, showing enthusiasm, approachability, accountability, and coachability.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, select, orient, and train employees, ensuring a motivated and competent staff.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and legally compliant work environment.
- Develop career pathing and personal growth opportunities for employees.
- Clearly communicate job expectations to achieve staff results.
- Conduct wellness and quality control checks regularly.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise job performance, providing feedback and coaching.
- Develop and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Communicate company values, strategies, and objectives effectively.
- Offer educational opportunities and support for staff development.
- Build and maintain a positive company image through collaboration with customers and employees, adhering to ethical business practices.
- Set and achieve strategic goals by gathering and analyzing business, financial, service, and operational data, identifying trends, and taking appropriate actions.
- Manage financial objectives, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Stay current with industry knowledge by attending workshops, reading professional publications, networking, and participating in professional associations.
- Foster a team-oriented culture, promoting inclusivity and avoiding divisive attitudes.
- Administer company policies and procedures supportively and constructively.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong performance management, project management, and time management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift boxes weighing 35-50 pounds.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, with frequent bending, twisting, and squatting.
