Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Performance Branch Manager to join our team at Security Equipment Supply Inc.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve customer service standards across the branch, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Branch Manager, focusing on counter and tele sales, shipping, receiving, repairs, and inventory control.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to enhance vendor relationships, plan customer and employee trainings, and optimize showroom displays.
  • Analyze and address slow-moving stock, contributing to maintaining healthy inventory levels.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals, working collaboratively with the sales team and mentoring them as needed.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop branch personnel, ensuring a strong and motivated team.
  • Oversee daily showroom stocking and merchandising, creating an attractive and well-organized display area.
  • Provide guidance on employee evaluations, grievances, and other HR-related matters, consulting with Administrative Managers when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks efficiently, including data entry and reporting.
  • Foster open communication between the branch and corporate office, ensuring consistency and transparency in all interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, reporting any deviations or issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, with 1-3 years in management roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
  • Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
