We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Sales team. This role is essential in supporting our Enterprise Account Managers by handling various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be customer-focused, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in managing quotes, processing sales orders, and being a point of contact for customers to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction & Relationship Building: Act as a key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships by assisting with orders, sharing relevant information, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Quote Management: Generate and manage quotes for enterprise clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for each Enterprise Account Manager.
  • Sales Order Processing: Handle sales orders from initiation to completion, ensuring clear communication with internal teams (finance, procurement, etc.) to ensure seamless processing.
  • Quote Updates: Monitor and update existing quotes, ensuring they remain accurate and categorized as open or closed, based on the status of the deal.
  • Proposal Pricing: Add and manage enterprise pricing to proposals while adhering to client requirements, internal standards, and deadlines.
  • Pipeline Organization: Maintain an organized pipeline of tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met and follow-ups are handled promptly. Use systems and tools to track progress and milestones.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Identify gaps or opportunities within proposals, quotes, and sales processes, and take initiative to propose solutions that enhance the overall sales workflow.
  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Stay adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced sales environment, handling changing priorities with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
  • Process & Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all established processes and policies from various departments, including accounting, finance, procurement, and legal, to maintain consistency and compliance in all sales-related tasks.
  • Deal Registration Support: Assist in creating new Deal Registrations and updating existing ones, ensuring accuracy in submission and timely follow-up on approvals.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Support: Assist with processing RMA requests, ensuring that returned merchandise is handled efficiently and in line with company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in sales support, sales coordination, or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling quotes, sales orders, and proposals.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM systems for managing pipelines and tracking tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, deal registration, and RMA handling is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
