Job Title: Hunter Sales - IT Services (Data, AI/ML, Quality Engineering)
Designation: Vice President - Sales
Preferred location: Atlanta
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hunter Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT services landscape, especially in the areas of Data, AI/ML, and Quality Engineering. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities (New Accounts), forging strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, solution selling, relationship building, pipeline management, negotiation and closing, market insights, collaboration and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in New Account Sales in the IT services industry, with a focus on Data, AI/ML, and Quality Engineering solutions. Track record of an average ACV signing of $3M in each of the last 3 years / TCV of $5 Million in the last 2 years.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and solutions, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., ZOHO CRM Plus / Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and represent the company in industry / technology events.
