Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

A family owned business in Piscataway that has been in business for over 60 years is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and assist the executive leadership team (the EVP and VP). The firm has 800 employees with 350 in the Piscataway office. It is a positiveculture where peopletend to stay a long time.
About the Job:
Screen incomingphone calls delivering detailed, timely messagesto the appropriate parties
Maintaining the calendar in Outlook
Coordinate travelarrangements
The Executive Assistant will on call on weekends to assist only when the principals are traveling
Assist with project work as needed
Create spreadsheets using Excel -gather and consolidate data
oversee budgets
Maintain highly confidential material and records
Coordinate and expedite work flow
Code invoices
Process expenses
Some basic accounting (they will train)
Coordinate events
Other dutiesas requested
About You:
Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
BA/BS from a collegeor university a plus
Collaborative, team player
Understanding and aware of the details,big and small, that make all the difference
Advanced Excel skills
Proficient in the MicrosoftOffice Suite
Proactive and bright with high cognitive abilities
Salary, bonus (profitsharing), benefits, 401K, paid vacation, parking
Hours: 8-5
