  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years of staffing sales experience?
  • Are you looking for growth opportunity with uncapped earning potential?

Business Development Executive


  • Develop new business and increase gross margin profitably
  • Regularly communicate with existing clients for the purpose of developing the account to increase business
  • Set and achieve sales quotas by maintaining a schedule of calls utilizing internal ATS, CRM and sales tools
  • Prospect C-Suite decision makers and sell solutions from a strategic, cost benefit to the enterprise with a top-down approach
  • Analyze competitive activity within the territory to assist in the sales process
  • Collaborate with the recruiting staff to ensure accurate and complete communication with clients
  • Creating and presenting proposals
  • Negotiating contract terms
