BDC Business Development Manager

BDC Business Development Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center. The ideal candidate will be a trailblazer in the automotive BDC landscape, eager to drive change and deliver unparalleled customer experiences. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our customer engagement strategies and requires a professional who is adept at balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase sales and service opportunities. Manage daily operations of the BDC, ensuring efficient lead management and customer follow-up. Train and mentor BDC representatives on best practices and advanced communication techniques. Monitor performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on BDC effectiveness. Collaborate with sales and service departments to align BDC initiatives with overall dealership goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure White Plains Honda remains at the forefront of automotive BDC operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team feedback and implementing process enhancements.
