Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title – Business Development and Marketing Manager Basic Purpose:*#zrThe Business Development and Marketing Manager will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that will target and grow company's programs and trainings. This is a customer facing role with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers, including agencies, institutions, schools, and organizations as well as physicians. Experience in creating pitch books and collateral material required. Salary Range: $80-100,000 This is a full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) on-site position working in White Plains, NY with travel to New York City location several times/month. Responsibilities:* Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources and outreachCreating referrals for treatment services by building relationships with physicians, key clinical stakeholders, and other community resources.Conduct market analysis, develop sales strategies, goals, and plans. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization for program development. Support marketing needs and initiatives and works with third party vendors.Create executive level presentations and present presentations to key stakeholders Development of marketing materials and collaterals

Acts as backup to marketing support team, as needed.

Assists with other duties and/or projects, as needed/assigned. Minimum Requirements:* Minimum 5 to 7 years in a Business Development and/or Marketing role or related capacityMinimum 1 to 3 years working in a healthcare setting in related capacity Supervisory Responsibilities:* N/ATravel Responsibilities:* At least 25% travel requiredAbility to travel when needed Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:*

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, marketing, sales or related.

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities, and strong attention to detail.

Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint; experience with Google Suite is a plus.

Familiarity with design/graphics programs such as Photoshop and/or Canva

Familiarity with

channel/distribution

platforms such as Mailchimp, Hubspot and/or other similar platforms

Strong analytical skills and competency with SEO

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.

Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred knowledge of the healthcare industry

Work with minimal supervision and execute for results in a fast paced environment.
