Human Resources Coordinator

Focus:

  • Assisting Recruiting Supervisor with full-cycle recruitment and interview process, including scheduling interviews
  • Act as main point of contact for all applicants throughout entire hiring proces
  • Manage preboarding, onboarding, and new hire process
  • Oversee pre-employment process including initiating and reviewing pre-employment screens
  • Maintain new hire documents in employee files, in timely manner
  • Conduct new hire orientation in field locations for WaterBridge and Desert Environmental in Pecos and Orla, Texas (weekly travel)
  • Complete I-9 process and verify documentation
  • Assist with basic employee queries and requests including standard policies, benefits, hiring processes
  • Assist with annual performance, benefit, compensation, and evaluation processes
  • Assist with training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations


Ideal Background:

  • Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration preferred)
  • At least 1 year of human resources experience preferred
  • Experience working with field/operational clients preferred
  • Willing to travel weekly to Pecos and Orla, TX
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, & onboarding
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software; Workday experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
