The Business Associate Coordinator at Permian Resources Corporation ("Permian Resources") (NYSE: PR) is responsible as the Company point of contact for all owner and vendor Business Associates. Reporting to the Lead Legal Coordinator, the Business Associate Coordinator will coordinate vendor and owner setups and updates with Permian Resources' Accounting, Land and Land Administration departments.

General responsibilities include:

* Set up Owner Business Associates in Quorum.
* Set up Vendor Business Associates in Quorum.
* Set up Customer Business Associates in Quorum for incoming payments.
* Update both Owner and Vendor Business Associates in Quorum. This includes address, tax id, contact information, usage codes, QCFS etc.
* Set up/Enable Vendor Business Associates in OpenInvoice.
* Update Vendor Business Associates in OpenInvoice.
* On a monthly basis, run the Revenue Owner ACH Spotfire Report and Revenue Owner Address Change Report for changes Owners made through Energylink. Update Owner ACH and addresses in Quorum.
* On a weekly basis, review the Wells Fargo ACH Report and update Vendor ACH in Quorum.
* Review and inactivate vendors not used for two years.
* Clean-up duplicate Business Associate records in Quorum
* Run 1099 Report and send out letters requesting W-9s if not on file.
* Assist with 1099 process by updating BA information as necessary (addresses, producer type, etc.)
* Set up Cost Centers in Quorum.
* Update Cost Center names as indicated by Execute updates.

* Effective communication skills to and ability to interact with internal and external vendors and owners.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Self-discipline and self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision from others.
* Sensitivity to confidential matters.
* Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Microsoft Office proficiency required (Excel and Word).
* Proficient experience using Quorum and OpenInvoice strongly preferred.
