They are looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead operational excellence in Orlando, overseeing all facets of construction, project management, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Drive operational efficiencies across multiple projects and teams.
  • Oversee project management processes, from planning through completion.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and safety are maintained on all projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and profitability.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and building codes.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
