Office Services Coordinator
1 month Contract (Looking someone who can start ASAP)
Woodland Hills, CA (onsite)

Overview:
Manage client inquiries and service delivery, create and assign work orders, and ensure accurate processing and vendor training.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure quality service.
  • Create and assign work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Communicate work orders, assist with problem resolution, and provide status reports.
  • Maintain files on work orders, proposals, and vendor documentation.
  • Train vendors on work order and billing procedures.
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.
  • Assist with facility inspections and use PC/PDA for work order systems and training.
  • Support process and procedure training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years related experience or training.
  • H.S. Diploma.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with work order systems preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
