We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to showcase their design skills and creativity in the engineering industry, focusing on luxury residential projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in drafting, 3D modeling, residential design, and custom homes. If you are passionate about architectural design and space planning, and are proficient in SoftPlan, Revit, and AutoCAD, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As our Architectural Designer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and presenting project proposals, concepts, and designs to clients and stakeholders, ensuring all designs meet customer specifications and budget requirements.
2. Drafting detailed architectural plans, diagrams, and blueprints using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SoftPlan.
3. Creating innovative 3D models of architectural designs and presenting them to clients and stakeholders.
4. Working closely with the engineering team to ensure all designs are feasible and can be seamlessly integrated into the overall project plan.
5. Overseeing the design process from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. Participating in site visits to ensure construction aligns with the architectural designs and client's vision.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and compliant.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
3. Proficiency in drafting, 3D modeling, residential design, and custom homes.
4. Strong knowledge of architectural design, space planning, and building materials.
5. Proficiency in design software such as SoftPlan, Revit, and AutoCAD.
6. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
9. Professional registration as an Architect would be an added advantage.
