Client: Client Implementation Manager

Location: Onsite at our Austin, TX office


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Must be able to work in-office in Austin, TX
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related
  • Must have client onboarding / customer implementation experience
  • Experience with healthcare tech (specifically healthcare B2B SaaS) is preferred
  • If candidate has healthcare experience, only 2 years of implementation experience is needed. If the candidate does not have healthcare experience, a minimum of 4 years is needed.
  • Must have strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects/implementations at once
  • Needs a solid understanding of software implementation methodologies
  • and best practices
  • Must have experience with software configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, understand their objectives, and define the scope of the implementation project. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and customize the product to meet their specific needs.
  2. Solution Configuration: Configure our B2B SaaS software to align with client specifications, including system settings, workflows, and data integrations.
  3. Project Management: Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, ensuring project milestones are met within agreed timelines. Coordinate activities across various teams, including sales, customer success, and technical support. Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals. 
  4. Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and the revenue cycle management domain. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during implementation, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  5. T raining and Support: Provide training sessions to clients on how to use our software effectively, ensuring they understand the features and functionalities available to them. Offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation phase.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the software's usability and functionality.
  7. Collaboration with Offshore Teams: Coordinate with offshore implementation teams in India to ensure seamless execution of setup and configuration tasks. Provide clear instructions and support to offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Monitor the performance of offshore teams, providing feedback and support as needed.
  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, implementation details, and any customizations made to their software configuration. 

SKILLS AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a healthcare and B2B SaaS company or similar industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices. 
  • Technical proficiency, including experience with software configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve implementation challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
