The Role

The Senior Implementation Manager is responsible for guiding the delivery of services and technology to one or more clients, managing implementation activities from the point of sale through production verification. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery. The Senior Implementation Manager will strategize, plan, and oversee multiple project teams to achieve organizational objectives and ensure high standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

Core Responsibilities

Project Management

Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Develop and maintain program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are met. Collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline for new initiatives. Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI, coordinating cross-project initiatives. Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals. Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks; produce reports for management and stakeholders. Coordinate and manage implementation efforts against defined work plans. Establish and maintain internal and client teams, project plans, and schedules. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met, reporting status weekly. Lead client-facing meetings, coordinate with committees, and ensure implementation-related issues are resolved.

Client Relationship Management

Coordinate recurring discussions with clients and internal teams to meet goals efficiently. Develop and maintain professional relationships with client departments. Create client-facing materials and serve as the key day-to-day client contact during implementation. Identify opportunities to expand business relationships and communicate them to leadership. Facilitate a smooth transition to Client Experience/Success for ongoing support.

Implementation Process Improvement

Lead process and departmental improvement projects. Coordinate with team members and organizational components for process improvement initiatives. Establish and refine implementation processes and procedures.Oversee project tasks related to onboarding, existing, and termed clients. Assisted with testing phases and managed project issue resolution. Monitor and track all projects to closure.

Other Related Responsibilities

Educate new clients on products, services, and processes. Collaborate with internal/external teams to develop customized marketing materials.Complete other assignments and initiative-based projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); healthcare experience preferred.Demonstrated experience with project management tools and techniques, including knowledge of PMBOK.Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage stress and adapt to frequent changes in a global work environment.Respect for confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Nice to Have

PMP Certification preferred.Experience in an international organization with a willingness to participate in global work processes.Ability to positively manage high work volumes and frequent changes.Flexibility to accommodate global time zones for conference calls and meetings.
