ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Energy team in Rochester, New York.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties to assist management and staff in their daily tasks.
Qualification:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of administrative experience in an office environment, or similar role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.
