Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage office activities to ensure efficiency
• Handle and manage active calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Manage incoming and outgoing office correspondence, including emails, mails, and packages
• Keep track and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Collaborate with the IT department on all office equipment related issues
• Assist in the organization and scheduling of staff meetings and other office-related events
• Handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Prepare and format information for internal and external communication such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Utilize MS Office and data entry skills to manage and oversee department projects.• Proven experience in the field of Administrative Assistance within the Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks, displaying a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated competence with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in managing Department Projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in handling administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
