As a Supervisor, Operations at RXO, you will oversee local staff, assign coverage, establish carrier partners and ensure they meet RXO standards, and notify leaders of escalating issues.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Provide elevated support to GF branches including agent and carrier vetting and setup. TSA approvals for both carriers, agents, and clients. Work with IT to assist in testing programming for new customers and system upgrades. Develop and mentor staff to reach goals, train staff on company policies and procedures Carry out supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and resolving issues Participate in pricing proposals for large client projects. Work with NAT Solutions Team to assist in multi-modal pricing proposals.

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

2 years of experience in transportation or logistics

It’d be great if you also have:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field Solid leadership and creative thinking skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees
