The Regional Operations Supervisor (ROS) is a pivotal role for an individual with a keen eye for detail, responsible for overseeing and leading a diverse array of departments and locations.
The primary focus of the ROS is to ensure compliance with company policies across all team members and locations. This role encompasses profit and loss oversight, ensuring that all departments adhere to established budgets. The ROS will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of TruFit, with a focus on enhancing performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective strategies and methodologies. It is essential for the ROS to ensure that all TruFit locations operate seamlessly and meet the expectations of our members.
The ROS will engage in high-level communication with team members, collaborating with managers across various organizational areas, and assisting in the training and supervision of new employees while tracking and measuring staff performance. The ROS will work closely with district-level management and present findings directly to the Corporate Administrator or CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Oversight: Manage and monitor the operations of various departments, ensuring compliance with TruFit policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Enhance processes and policies to align with organizational goals, implementing effective departmental policies to maximize output.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate coordination between support functions, oversee recruitment, establish work schedules, and supervise staff performance.
- Customer Support Management: While not directly responsible for sales, the ROS will oversee customer support and assist in marketing initiatives.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with top management to develop and implement operational plans that align with strategic objectives.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes for designated markets.
Additional Duties:
- Manage quality assurance initiatives.
- Oversee inventory and distribution logistics.
- Investigate customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize staff performance.
- Review and approve equipment requirements.
- Conduct quality controls and monitor operational KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff.
- Address high-level customer issues within the division.
- Align staffing with business needs and budget considerations.
- Ensure cleanliness and operational standards at all locations.
