Selling and styling are at the heart of our purpose to make shopping fun and bring quality and style to customers. As the Sr. Director of Selling Experience you will deliver an improved in store experience, grow sales and increase repeated customer visits by enhancing our selling capabilities in stores. You are focused on clienteling and curation on the customer's terms, (with/without a connection to a seller), which ultimately delivers an improved customer experience.

What You'll Do

As the the Senior Director of Selling Experience, you will support the store teams in creating and delivering individual and store sales goals. You will independently build, define and execute the experience strategy around styling and how stores bring this to life for our customers. You will develop a standard procedure for the in-store experience as well as develop and deploy a clineteling tool that enables employees to anticipate the needs of our customers. You will define the strategy on how we lead and motivate our store teams and engage with our customers. You will effectively lead change management efforts to bring along the execution of our business strategy. You will work collaboratively across functions to deliver on the strategy and manager multiple projects simultaneously without oversight.

Lead the transition and implementation of measuring store sales and compensation models.

Think strategically to drive results for selling initiatives, reducing customer friction and improving service and sales.

Support business strategies and partner with Head of Stores on bringing to life the future of customer and seller experience.

Responsible for overall business updates & communication for selling initiatives.

Lead change management efforts

Effectively influence all levels of the organization, through effective communication skills

Who You Are

10+ years experience in Retail enterprise team leadership in dynamic, high scale environments 5+ years and excellent proficiency in clienteling solutions and integration A proven track record of individual excellence and developing others Excellent communication skills
