Description:  We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Office Assistant - Bookkeeper to join our team in the medial management space.  In this role, you will be a vital support to our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our services.  You'll be working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will make a difference in the daily functions of our organization.  If you have a passion for helping others and a knack for detail and numbers, this position may be perfect for you  

As our Office Assistant - Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting in various administrative tasks.  You'll work closely with our General Manager, Contract Controller and Human Resources to ensure that the aspects of our operations run smoothly.  A friendly demeanor and strong communication skills are key as you'll be interacting with different departments.  If you're looking for a part-time role where you can make a positive impact while using your bookkeeping skills, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and account documentation.
  • Upload and track invoices.
  • Track expenses and payments.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Provide administrative support to other staff as required.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper and office assistant.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
