It is a top tier experience where true, luxury service naturally blooms – just as the original Arizona Biltmore citrus groves once did in the same location. Hours of operation are 6am-10pm. As a Citrus Club Supervisor, you would be Responsible for overseeing the elevated and curated VIP experiences of the day-to-day and forecasted operation of the Citrus Club. Oversee the PREA, Arrival, In-house, Departure, and Post Stay Experience. Ensure all guests are greeted and welcomed on a personalized basis. Site Inspections and Travel FAMs are coordinated with Sales, Marketing, and Conference Managers. Ordering and Schedule experience is preferred within the food and beverage and rooms operating realm. Partner with Director of Guest Services on elevated activations, daily connects, and any revised or new role outs with the team. Specifically, this includes the following duties: Oversee the elevated Citrus Club; Pre Arrival Communication, Email Correspondance, Arrivals, In-house, Departure, and Post stay experience. Provide support to the Director of Guest Experience with all ordering, forecasting, schedule, and food & beverage activation. Assist in hiring, training, coaching and developing team members based on Forbes Travel Guide Standards. Ensure team members are pre-shifted daily with all operational needs. Oversee Travel FAM and Site Inspection experiences within the Citrus Club. Complete and sign off checklists and updated as needed. Resolve guest complaints by conducting research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiates result. Assist to oversee Food & Beverage offerings in Citrus Lounge which includes ordering product and supplies, maintaining cleanliness levels for health inspections, monitoring presentation of food & beverage offerings and expenses. Oversee elevated presentation of all food and beverage. Previous bartending experience is preferred. Partner with Director of Guest Services to complete all inventory of liquor and food and beverage needs. Attend all pertinent hotel-operational meetings in absence of Director of Concierge & Guest Experience. Coordinate with Personal Concierge Team Members for Pre-Arrival, Arrival, In-House, Departure, and Post Departure Experiences. Ensure all checklists are completed and signed by the end of shift. Training and all Technical system functionality based on Forbes Standards. Ensure welcome drink, chilled towels, and other items set up for success for all travel fam and site inspections Ordering of Food and Beverage needed items Scheduling and forecast experience preferred Elevated bartending experience is preferred Coordinate and partner with several departments Food & Beverage, Culinary, Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering Team members on any operational needs. Provide assistance guidance and direction to all Personal Concierge and pantry team members. This is a full-time position, and you must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The shift for this role is flexible and will vary, these are the typical shift hours: (1) 5:30am-2 pm, (2) mid shift, or (3) 2pm-10:30pm.
