We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our office, human resources team, and production departments. This position also involves overseeing daily order preparation for production rooms and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily orders for production departments
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales, and production teams
  • Perform monthly audits and maintain communication with vendors
  • Update logs, perform basic banking functions, and handle paperwork
  • Assist in phone system maintenance and facility mail collection
  • Assist Human Resources team with various reporting & employee and candidate communications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Bilingual Candidates (English/Spanish) Preferred
