Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field Detail oriented self-starter and problem solver Possess a competitive spirit and interest in professional motorsports Possess a practical knowledge of race cars and sportscar competition Strong leader with effective communication skills Positive team player, ability to work with multiple suppliers, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility Flexibility and willingness for extensive travel, including weekends Must hold or be eligible for a passport; International and Domestic travel will be required

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in a professional motorsports environment Vehicle development experience in vehicle dynamics or powertrain systems Experience using logged data to improve track performance Experience using Bosch Motorsport, Motec, Cosworth hardware and software Experience setting up vehicle instrumentation Knowledge and experience with GPIRS and Ariba/Aurora
