Responsibilities
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to assess customer requirements and provide them with comprehensive knowledge about insurance choices.
  • Work with the team to meet office goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the agent to create and accomplish marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, set appointments, identify customer needs, and market relevant products and services.
  • Demonstrate a dedicated work ethic and unwavering commitment to achieving success consistently.
 
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in effectively marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Possesses exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Capable of delivering presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Capable of executing a comprehensive and detailed business plan.
  • Skilled at explaining complex financial matters in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
