  • Manage vendor relationships for Automation Engine programs including weekly calls, day-to-day requests and progress updates
  • Set & track program goals with support from Director of Marketing Automation
  • Execute on strategy for program growth including promotion, internal and advisor facing training/education
  • Collaborate with internal partners to grow adoption and engagement of Automation Engine programs
  • Identify and grow relationships with external vendor partners to continually add value to the Automation Engine programs
  • Serve in a leadership role for the Digital Account Managers mentor, train and meet regularly with team members
  • Handle monthly 1-on-1s and quarterly reviews for team member in collaboration with the Director of Marketing Automation
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Digital Account Manager questions and escalated issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advisors and their staff, learn about their marketing funnel & process; independently make recommendations on how to best leverage the AE digital automation program
  • Coach advisors and their staff how to use email automation, including Snappy Kraken; provide coaching once they are on the platform
Experience you’ll bring:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account/relationship management or coaching
  • Experience in advertising/marketing or sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and interface with all levels within AE and its clients
