Pay Range: $20 to $25 per hour

Overview:
Join our team as a Service Administrator in Las Vegas, NV.
In this key role, you'll document customer vehicle concerns and coordinate repairs, requiring strong customer service skills and automotive industry knowledge.
You'll enter repair details into our software, allocate repair times, and communicate with both customers and the Service Department.
As the first point of contact, your helpful and knowledgeable demeanor is crucial.
Some warranty responsibilities are included.
Familiarity with service department policies and procedures is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles upon arrival and communicate service needs with customers.
  • Prepare work orders and warranty paperwork following guidelines.
  • Track vehicle status and act as the primary contact for customers and sales staff.
  • Communicate costs, timelines, and service updates with customers.
  • Collaborate with service management, parts, warranty departments, and accounting.
  • Assist in warranty claim processing, obtain approvals, and maintain communication with vendors and repair facilities.
  • Support service team members and verify parts availability.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones and tracking vehicles.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of service, parts, sales, and administrative department operations
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and electronically
  • Understanding of bus manufacturer needs and customer requirements
  • Professional, organized, and punctual
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Team player with a proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel)

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in both office and outdoor environments
  • Ability to kneel, stoop, squat, crawl, and climb
  • Must lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
  • Manual dexterity required for vehicle inspections
