Job Description: 

 

We are searching for a creative and driven marketer to join our team. In this position, you will be involved in all aspects of our marketing operations, with a focus on creating and executing strategies to strengthen our company’s market presence in the wound care industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and be able to turn creative ideas into effective strategies. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with company objectives. 

  • Coordinate and oversee territories as assigned across various channels (digital, print, etc.) to ensure the promotion of our wound care provider client. 

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities to understand need for new providers. 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, including but not limited to Home Health agencies, Skill Nursing and Rehabilitative facilities, and Hospice agencies. 

  • Monitor and report on competitor activity. 

  • Lead and coordinate marketing events and in-services. 

  • Analyze and report on the success of marketing events. 

  • Work closely with supervisors to develop strategies and isolate objectives. 

  • Budget management including planning, creating, and managing your marketing funds. 

 

Qualifications:  

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or healthcare-related field such as nursing. 

  • Proven experience as a marketer, preferably within the healthcare industry. 

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools. 

  • Knowledge of wound care. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

  • Solid understanding of healthcare industry and the unique considerations of various patient populations. 

  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
