What We Provide:

Leads and Targets: Work leads generated by our partners with fiber-qualified customers, taking them from initial contact to sale while managing and achieving sales targets. Experience: Proven success in selling directly to consumers in their homes will be highly beneficial. Alternatively, experience in inside sales, retail technology, hospitality, network marketing, or field services is also advantageous. Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a varied schedule, with peak sales times typically Wednesday to Saturday, 1-8 pm. Education: Our team includes reps with high school diplomas, and degrees, and even sales managers in medical school. While formal education in communication, sales, or technology is not mandatory, you must be self-driven to learn and improve continuously. Valid Driver’s License and TransportationWhat You Can Earn
Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $36,000 and $132,000 in commission annually for meeting Tier 1-3 sales goals. High to elite sellers (Tiers 4-5) earn between $132,000 and $360,000+ per year with uncapped commission opportunities. Earnings depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. At Chipr, earnings grow with skills and dedication. Some new hires quickly reach higher tiers, while others progress steadily over time. Your success depends on your experience and commitment to learning and hard work.
