Join a highly respected moving specialist based in vibrant Minneapolis as their new Relocation Sales Representative.
Responsibilities of the Relocation Sales Representative:
- Conduct in-home consultations to guide customers through the relocation process, conducting thorough surveys and providing accurate estimates.
- Follow up promptly on leads and potential customers to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Cultivate independent sales leads through networking and referrals.
- Maintain meticulous data reporting and tracking.
- Effectively communicate customer needs and expectations to operations and management teams.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with move coordinators to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and optimize sales opportunities.
Experience required of the Relocation Sales Representative:
- Proven experience in sales estimation and surveying within the moving industry.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in reporting.
- Ability to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for customer interaction.
