Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and firearms instructors in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospect for new business opportunities
* Build and maintain a strong client base
* Sell USCCA Memberships at CCW classes and brick & mortar stores/ranges
* Execute the organization's outside sales program
* Ensure the successful achievement of Delta's sales goals

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred
* Must pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam following company provided training
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations
* Experience growing a territory through prospecting and pipeline management
* Exceptional negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
