Job Summary | The Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky is seeking to fill a Disability Program Specialist II position. This position will work as a Supported Employment Project Training Facilitator.

The responsibilities of the Supported Employment Project Training Facilitator will include coordinating supported employment training, including Customized Employment provide logistical arrangements, content expertise and technical assistance to ensure Employment Specialists receive quality training and can efficiently provide this service to consumers. This position will create and assist with other disability and employment trainings, including developing and facilitating communities of practice.

This position is open to applicants across the state of Kentucky and will work remotely from a home office location. Occasional work related travel will be required.
 This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the HDI through research, education and outreach. This position will contribute to a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.
