This role is crucial in ensuring that solution designs yield high-quality results and financial success. The Process Improvement Professional II will analyze existing business processes, aiming to create sustainable, repeatable, and measurable improvements. The responsibilities of this position are diverse and often require independent judgment and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document detailed notes during meetings and follow up on action items with relevant teams.
  • Serve as the primary communicator of product decisions and business goals to the product team throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure that development sprint demonstrations occur after each sprint, verifying that user story requirements are met.
  • Coordinate dependencies across various products with other product owners.
  • Address any testing observations between user acceptance testing and post-production validation.
  • Implement Change Management processes to maintain accurate documentation of requirements and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Lead Product Managers to align sprint priorities with product roadmaps and establish release timelines.

Utilize your expertise to drive impactful changes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Lucid.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Agile Development Methodologies; familiarity with waterfall and other Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience in Group Benefits (Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, etc.).
  • Experience in problem-solving and consultation within complex environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Solid skills in change management and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, stakeholders, and remote teams across all organizational levels.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional team efforts.
  • A passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps/Power Automate.
  • Six Sigma Certification, PMP Certification, and familiarity with Salesforce/ADO.

Remote Work Requirements:

Must have the capability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required. Satellite and wireless internet services are not permitted for this role. A dedicated workspace free from interruptions is necessary to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Compensation Range: The estimated starting base pay for full-time employment is between $63,400 and $87,400 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
