Position Overview

In this role, you’ll design, program, and refine control systems, drawing on your familiarity with PLCs (primarily Allen Bradley), HMIs (Ignition), and industrial networks like Ethernet IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and Modbus as well as configure motor control systems, variable frequency drives, and design electrical distribution systems across 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems. Your contributions will not only align with our goals but also echo our commitment to leaving the world better than we found it. To play a pivotal role in advancing our proprietary technology. Your expertise will be crucial in improving equipment reliability, from troubleshooting to designing upgrades for high voltage power supplies and accelerators, and associated control systems. In our collaborative lab environment, you’ll bring prototypes to life, driving innovation from concept to reality. Alongside a dedicated project team, you’ll oversee the design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup of such technology including control systems and auxiliary equipment.  To elevate our manufacturing processes as a recognized expert in extrusion and converting production equipment. Your role is instrumental in our transition to Manufacturing 4.0, where you’ll design innovative software tools to enhance plant floor transparency, streamline operations, and boost efficiency. You’ll implement systems to monitor machine parameters, analyze data, and apply exploratory logic to decode complex equipment behaviors, paving the way to predict and preempt equipment failures.  Our manufacturing operations will see you in a leading role in the project's full life cycle management. Therefore, as the project manager, you will be involved with generating estimates, planning, managing stakeholders, meeting milestones, executing, and closing the project.  To use your communication skills as a key to successful and effective project management.
