We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Team Leader to head our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Training: Train new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
