Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides consistent and effective communication with providers and operational teams Effectively utilize reports and tools to communicate schedules and escalate information and trends to operational teams Coordinates with CLS managers for scheduling requirements Responsible for building and adjusting schedules in electronic scheduling tools Constantly evaluates the workflow for schedule use and efficiency Actively monitors schedules for complete utilization Effective management of electronic confirmation systems in order to meet needs and organizational goals (, eMessenger, When I Work, ACD, CRM, etc.) Prioritize specific requests as it relates to schedules Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Competencies:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient knowledge of computer applications (, MS Office Suite, Electronic Scheduling, etc.) Ability to learn new software quickly Ability to follow and adhere to standardized workflow on a daily basis Ability to effectively communicate with providers of all specialties Exceptional customer service principles and practices to both internal and external customers Excellent data entry and typing skills Skilled in multi-tasking while managing multiple priorities Able to work various shifts and hours to cover multiple time zones Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes Ability to work as a team member as well as individually

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

High School diploma, or equivalent (GED) years experience as a – scheduler or customer service support Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation Medical terminology skills preferred

Pay and Benefits:

Pay range $ - $ w/ up to % bonus eligibility
