Aider le directeur du magasin à gérer et à assurer le respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et des programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et règlements applicables, assurer la mise en pratique des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise et tenir l’équipe responsable des conditions du magasin et des résultats obtenus. Gérer et soutenir le processus de livraison par camion et diriger les équipes afin de s’assurer que les normes sont respectées. Atteindre les IRC et gérer les membres d’équipe afin qu’ils atteignent les IRC liés à leur poste. Gérer, exécuter et soutenir le processus des planogrammes (POG) selon les normes. Gérer, exécuter et soutenir le processus d’affichage des promotions hebdomadaires et de la pose des affiches des offres quotidiennes. Aider avec le processus de compte de l’argent et des dépôts bancaires. Effectuer les processus liés aux stocks, ce qui comprend les retours aux fournisseurs (RAF) et les activités d’avis préalables à l’expédition (APE). Superviser les activités liées au comptoir latéral de liquidation et des marchandises vendues telles quelles. Révision effectuée en février.
