The Assistant Director of Residential Operations is responsible for assisting the Clinical Director in overseeing clinical services and implementing appropriate treatment programming that meets the unique needs of youth in residential treatment. The Assistant Clinical Director helps ensure that clients and families receive appropriate, effective therapeutic intervention through group, family, and individual therapies. The Assistant Clinical Director develops strategies to embed treatment modalities within program milieu provides clinical support to Direct Care Workers, provides targeted clinical trainings for program milieus, and assists with implementing Trauma-Informed Care.


What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the implementation of treatment programming within milieus
  • Assisting with the review of clinical documentation including clinical notes, case management notes, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Evaluate referrals for admission into the program in coordination with the Admissions Department.
  • Collaborating with Program Directors to ensure that appropriate treatment services are fully implemented in all cottages.
  • Assisting in the development of treatment goals.

  • Have a Master's Degree in the field of Human Services
  • You are independently licensed and appropriately credentialed to provide clinical supervision (e.g. LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
